You may ask yourself, why am I sore after treatment?  Remember, nerves have been compressed and inflammation will go away over time. Here are some home care therapies that are helpful for your next steps in your health journey.  Tip #1 | Ice, Ice, Ice Do not forget to ice your body for 10 minutes, 3 times a day.
